Yes, ticket packages must have the same name on all tickets. To gift a ticket you have 2 options:
1. Add that person’s name to all of the tickets in the package and assign who will claim which ticket numbers using the giftee form.
2. Go to carsforchristmas.com and choose “Send as a Gift” when ordering. This selection means that we will require the purchaser’s information as the Ticket Buyer, this information will be used only to process the credit card payment. The Ticket Owner’s (Giftee) information will be stored in our database. This information will remain the only official name listed on the ticket, and all draw entries will contain this information. The licensee will notify all prize winners, and said prizes will be awarded to the Ticket Owner. You may also schedule a ticket to be emailed to the recipient on a day of your choosing like Christmas Day or their birthday!

Once draws have been completed prize letters will be mailed out within 3-4 weeks following the draw. The prize letter informs the winner of what they have won and where and when to pick up their prize. They must have the prize letter and picture I.D. to claim the prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded there will be no cash substitutions unless specified.
Any purchaser who RESIDES OUTSIDE ALBERTA BUT IS PHYSICALLY WITHIN ALBERTA AT TIME OF PURCHASE may purchase a ticket.
The ticket can be mailed to any address (even out of Alberta). The Cars for Christmas Mega Lottery is not responsible for provincial, or state taxes imposed on a prize exported out of Alberta
