DRAW DATES AND DEADLINES:
Early Bird Draw #1 will be held at 2 pm on November 10, 2022, at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59 pm October 31, 2022, will be eligible for this draw.
Early Bird Draw #2 will be held at 2 pm on December 8, 2022, at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59 pm November 28, 2022, will be eligible for this draw.
The Bonus Draw will be held at 2 pm on December 22, 2022, at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59 pm December 12, 2022, will be eligible for this draw.
The drawing of the final prizes will be held at 11 am on January 12, 2023, at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:59 pm December 30, 2022, will be eligible for this draw.
All the above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the public wishing to attend.
Final prizes will be drawn in order of the least retail value up to the greatest retail value. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified, and approved by AGLC.
Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
ELIGIBILITY:
Raffle guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: The Lottery Manager, the Ticket Auditor, Financial Controller, employees of Stride Management Corp., immediate family of those listed above and anyone under the age of 18. All members of The Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City”, Alberta are eligible to purchase tickets. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act.
PRIZES:
There are 23 total prizes with a total retail value of $419,693.09 (includes GST).
The Winner will be notified in writing and/or by phone call by lottery representatives; detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number will be published within 14 days on the lottery website site carsforchristmas.com.
Travel Prizes will be awarded as a Travel Gift Certificate and have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred without the express written consent of UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel and The Rotary Club of Grande Prairie “Swan City”, Alberta. Travel Gift Certificate is redeemable on travel services through UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel only. Any deviation from the promoted travel packages that exceeds the amount of the certificate the bearer is responsible for paying the upgraded amount. Based on availability at time of booking, peak dates and blackout periods apply, such as but not limited to, Canadian and US Statutory holidays (long weekend), Christmas, Spring and Easter (which vary from province to province) breaks are not available for travel with this prize. New bookings only. Bookings must be made at least 60 days in advance of intended travel date. Travel Gift Certificates do not expire.
Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transporting vehicles from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. All vehicles must be picked up at supplier dealerships, no deliveries will be made. If the winner requires delivery for the 2022 Audi A5 Sportback, the delivery cost will be covered by the lottery.
Prizes do not include Insurance, registration, or installation fees. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes unless indicated. All prizes must be claimed within three months from the final draw date.
If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than three months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes. The committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.
TICKETS:
In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to one individual whose name appears on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail, phone, online, and at designated sales location or outlets identified by the committee as required.
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard & bank debit card. The Lottery Committee’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
Tickets available are single tickets at $50 each, sets of 3 for $100, sets of 10 for $200 and sets of 25 for $250 for a grand total of 72,500 tickets.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.

Christmas Cash 50/50 Draw tickets available are single tickets at $10 each, sets of 3 for $25, sets of 10 for $50 and sets of 25 for $75 for a total of 141,500 tickets.
Purchasers are not required to purchase a ticket in the Cars for Christmas Mega Lottery to be eligible to purchase tickets in the Christmas Cash 50/50 Draw. However, ticket purchasers who only purchase Christmas Cash 50/50 Draw tickets and not the Cars for Christmas Mega Lottery tickets will only be eligible for the Christmas Cash 50/50 draw being held on January 12, 2023.
